The School Series© Programme is a psycho-social life-skills and mentorship programme for young people. Through the School Series© Programme, young people are empowered to discover and begin to develop their true potential, therefore ensuring that the country has a generation of confident, intelligent and driven youth leaders for the present and future. Our Programme is targeted at youth aged between 14-25 years old, as these years are critical in establishing a person’s character and setting the foundation for the rest of their lives.

The School Series© Programme is tailored to the specific position in life the students are in as well as the local Kenyan context in which we live. The School Series© has the following programmes that cater for 3 distinct age groups:

a) Secondary School: targeted at 1418 year olds who are still in high school;
b) Finishing School: targeted at 1820 year olds who have just completed high school or are pursuing A levels, IFY or IB;
c) Life School: targeted at 2025 year olds who have completed High School and perhaps are in higher education institutions e.g. colleges and university and are yet to join the job market.

School Series is growing and we have a very busy 2015 planned. We will be running our Secondary School Programme in various schools throughout Nairobi. To make this possible, we are hiring community mentors who we shall train then deploy to the schools to take the students through the School Series toolkit.

As the programme is being run in high-schools, we require someone with whom the students can associate. Therefore, applicants should be between the ages of 19 years and 23 years.
